为加强辅导员、班主任队伍建设，树立典型，表彰先进，充分调动广大辅导员和班主任的工作积极性、主动性和创造性，决定开展2022-2023学年优秀辅导员、优秀班主任的评选工作，具体要求如下：

一、评选范围

1.优秀辅导员评选对象：在辅导员岗位上工作1年以上专、兼职辅导员。

2.优秀班主任评选对象：在班主任岗位上工作满1年以上的教师。

二、评选依据

考核内容、标准、方法、程序详见《集宁师范学院辅导员工作管理办法》《集宁师范学院班主任管理规定》《集宁师范学院辅导员班主任工作事故认定及处理办法》。

三、评选程序

（一）二级学院评选

二级学院评选小组综合辅导员、班主任日常工作表现及2022-2023年度两个学期考核结果，择优提出考评意见。评选比例不超过总人数的30%。

(二）学校审核评定

学生工作部（处）综合2022-2023学年两个学期考核结果，复核等级后报学校学生工作委员会审定。

四、评选要求

各二级学院要高度重视此项工作，结合本学院实际，以考核工作为契机，进一步完善考核工作机制，不断提高辅导员、班主任工作质量，提升工作实效。

五、报送时间

各二级学院将各类表格电子版于9月22日前发送到jnsyxscszk@
